A racket is a personal decision. If yours isn't the one, we keep it simple: a 14-day right of withdrawal and a 30-day model swap — no debate, no fine print.

Sign in with the email you ordered with — you'll get a code by email, no password needed. Request the return, the label comes automatically, money back after inspection.
14-day right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You'll be refunded the purchase price including standard outbound shipping.
You cover the return shipping. Please send it back in the Gift Box. If the racket was used beyond inspection, we charge for the resulting loss in value.
30-day model swap
Picked the wrong model? Swap within 30 days for Above One, Above Control or Above Attack. We cover the return shipping and settle the price difference.
Condition: the protective film on the grip is still intact and the Gift Box is complete. The racket may be unboxed and handled, but not played.
Defect or transport damage
Report a defect through your account or by email to retoure@abovepadel.de — include a photo. We check it quickly and send a free replacement or return label. The statutory two-year warranty applies.

The model swap runs right here — not through your account. That's how you get exactly the right racket. We cover the return shipping and simply settle the price difference. It takes a minute to fill in.

Yes. You may unbox and inspect the racket as you would in a store. Only once it's used beyond inspection do we charge for loss in value.
There's a transparent film on the grip of every Above racket. As long as it's undamaged, the racket is unplayed — and the model swap is free for you.
For a withdrawal you cover the return shipping. For model swaps and claims we cover it.
After we receive and inspect it, we refund within two business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the credit can take another one to three days.
Yes. We'll send you a payment link for the difference. When swapping down, we refund the difference.
When you return via your account, your orders are on file anyway. For a model swap, the email address you ordered with is enough in the form — we'll find the order.
