More than a racket.
A network.
A curated circle of founders, creatives and builders — brought together by padel.
Free until the end of Q1 2027The sport is the occasion. The network is the value.
What members get.
The private circle
A closed, moderated community — events, playing partners, real exchange. No spam, no noise.
Every Above event
Tournaments, sessions and nights across Germany — a place saved for members.
Early access to drops
New models and colourways before anyone else — plus member-only pieces that quietly show you're in.
Intros & matchmaking
Curated introductions where they actually fit — the right founder to the right founder, a creative to the right brand. Never random.
Three formats. Every city.
Above Open
Americano format (partners rotate every round, so you play with half the room), half a day. Competition as the hook, prizes from our own range.
Above Sessions
A small circle. Mixed and rotated play, then drinks. The core format.
Above Nights
DJ on site, evening light, open play. The biggest format.
Whoever makes the network better.
Padel level plays no role — beginners welcome, passivity is not. Employed or self-employed doesn't matter either. What counts is that you bring value to the network — connections, know-how, energy others gain from.
